[PnP] pnp Digest, Vol 132, Issue 1: water issue

Good stuff.  But Zen'da is more american west per 
culture book.  But I came up with a simple 2 set 
of charts ofr villages based on population 
stats/hexes and water sources.  But water is non 
issue now as a player has a spell that cna water 
the horses for 3 days of worth in on a spell :)
