[PnP] pnp Digest, Vol 133, Issue 15

I suspect it has to do with the world (small 'world') the character would be in. PnP is still human-centric. An Elf-Vily offspring might not ever see the human world, but live only in the Elf or Vily world. They might be encountered, but maybe never be characters.

Think of it this way...the Vily might shun the half-breed, but then it goes to the Elves where it might be thought highly of...or also shunned. Will it choose to go to the humans? It comes from a mix of two haughty races. The Elves often look down upon the new human race...will this person do less?
