[PnP] pnp Digest, Vol 133, Issue 7- 9, shields

I give points for Shield user not attacker re: 
shield.  IF damage is blocked no damage so no exp to attacker.
If hit and gets through shield hten both get points.  How  I do it.
Second Nova on metals was ok not as good as gems one.
