[PnP] Enc vs EncDEd

I've never had a game where it was necessary. Only a couple of critters NEED it to defeat them (actually, only one, I think), so I've never had an Enchanter go for it, rather than the general purpose effect.

However, it seems that the spell is cast for Hit Chance or Strength at double cost, using a bit of effluvium from the target critter group.

Your method #1 seems to be casting the spell twice, once for Dedication, once normally. I think one casting is all that's being called for. Although I'd go ahead and do it twice, once for hit chance, once for damage (strength)
