[PnP] lethality index

Ahh yes.  Turned on computer to work on my next P&P pbem update..

I do recall that.  I htink I found it odd.
I prefer the basic DTV myself.  I use other home rules (not 
documented) on after hpv reaches 0.
It is almost like it.
