[PnP] Elf Shot questions

Keep in mind that any bow is limited to EL+1 arrows dedicated for it.   
You can't just cast up quiverloads of arrows -- you will have a  
limited supply for an one encounter.

Also, while you don't need to cast again on each shot, your "mini  
cruise missile" subtracts EL on your roll to hit but ADDS MDV.
