I just got the following observation in my email and post it here for
>From: Stefan Ludwig
>To: broere at powersandperils.org
>Subject: P&P Movement reduction rule
>I just stumbled upon the powers&perils movement damage reduction
>rule (rule 2.9 B) in book 2 (revised), page 11. This rule seems
>crap to me. Maybe I'm blind, but I didn't find any errata, house
>rule or such correcting the problem.
>Consider the following example:
>A character with 24 hp gets wounded for 6 hp.
>If his MR is 13 (PMR 4/3/3/3), he'll slow down 1 PMR for every 6 hp
>taken, so he now moves at PMR 3/2/2/2 (MR 9).
>If his MR is 12 (PMR 3/3/3/3), he'll slow down 1 PMR for every 8 hp
>taken, so he still moves at PMR 3/3/3/3 (MR 12).
>Conclusion: sometimes slower is faster ;-)
