I've played it like 3 times in 25 years and last was in the '80s :)
but I believe it did.  Last game I recall was 3 cyborgs fighting it
out at a swimming pool :)...that wa fun and mechs don't like
water.  Funny system.  I think it pre-dated Battle Tech's mech
system.  Might be where it came from..
