Heh.  I believe I got some of those spells from oh what was it...Dragon Sun....Dragon Lance...Dark Sun?  Maybe that was it...that universe.  I was fascinated by the Dust Seas and Sand Seas where ships flew over through a central dais on ship via  a wizard.  Very powerful spell that should be given drawbacks if need to balance it.
