[PnP] Western lands remap, physical, first draft

Trust me, I'm no artist.  I'm a Software engineer, but I always had an
interest in geography and mapping, and I developed some minor ability
with photoshop, but that's about it.
 
at some point I'll put out a list of all the steps I used to create the
photoshop layers so people can try some of this themselves.
