Ok. I've spell checked and formmated two of the files I finished a few
months ago. The first is fairly big 170k (2550 lines). Its just the
culture notes on each culture in how they deal with water craft (soley
relating to ships).

Before anyone studies the data let me explain some of the sources. Some
source of this data is from books (greek, Roman, persian and chinese data
sources for ancient times). Another good set is a friend who works for
University of Texas who worked on a large AI project for populations. Much
of this old project actually went into data sources for sims like sim
games. The third part is just gut instincts based on culture book data. I
think the numbers are fair. Course any referee can use them or ignore them
or modify them. I even came up with some algorithm/math based on the AI
code on how to populate the ships. I hoep its a good use to you. I know
in the future I'll use it. I figure this civilian info adds spice to games
and more realism.

The next 5 posts are culture notes.

Later on I'll post the Special Ships.

At this point this isn't data on contruction or such. This is just some
prelim files I made up to get out of the way and help flesh out the cultures.

Wout, I have these in file format. If you want to post them on the website
I can send you the entire project when done or in pieces. Just let me know.

Here we go...

Opps. I see the infamous email cuts some text. Specifically this file is
formmated for 80 columns. So the email may word wrap a word or two. I
guess when I send it to Wout for website it'll look better :)

Final post is the final chart. I hope tabs won't be stripped from any of
these emails. If they are the columns will look like junk :<
