Watchful Sleep

Beyond EL1 the Watchful Sleep spell is still a mana loser. Of course it
is also useful for preventing surprise and for healing.
  An ensorcelled item granting Watchful Sleep at around EL7 would be quite
useful. It would grant 9 points mana and hit point recovery as well as
prevent surprise while sleeping for 8 hours.
