P&Pv2, design questions (to Richard)

On this point, with my own GM experience, I agree with this. Mostly because
as a lot of people like to make mages, they seem to reach critical mass very
quickly, and then the question was always, "What else can I do with
Characteristic points?" I had ideas, though none of them really worked well.
The other portion to this would be that they have to have 50 or more
experience to gain any points from it.
