Well after a quick web search on the 3rd try I found a site I could just
email the entire pdf and it returned a text version.  Used it once nad not
done the other pdfs I have.  Its not a great format.  The other sites
wanted info and all this jazz I didn't want to fill in.  

Got urls for those sites?  I hear ghostscript is used alot by folks.
