I have not used it enough to get a good field of use for comment.  Just here
and
there not enough say over the years..

Yeah the reload times seem a bit tedious.  Its like fire once and bam that's
it before most combat ends.

Race modifiers don't bother me.  Its how you spread them out that
makes the difference.
