Archery question

Well, I was just trying to work on my excel table a bit, and after much
looking at the range fraction table a bit...I popped.

Egads.

I can understand the altering of difficulty based on the trajectory of the
projectile (flat vs lobbed, aerodynamic vs lumpy), but the Fraction table
does not appear to make much sense to me right now.

I'm going to ponder this and try to produce a table of sorts.

Basically, each weapon will be rated with a "CEL+#" number, which may be
reduced by the opposing DCV.

I have some other modifiers in mind as well (found on the net, good ideas
that can be distilled)
