Magic bonus, 2nd tier

Hello All,

Thought for the day:
    Say a Character gets and wears an Enhanced Bezoar which adds +5 to the
Character's Strength.
Question: Does this increase in S caused by a temporary magical bonus also
translate into stats affected by Strength?
Such stats as Portage Ability? SB? HPV?
Thus a Character with HPV +1 due to a Bezoar loses that +1 when the Bezoar
is taken off?
