I'm on my way out but I believe I saw it in the rules somewhere.  I'd have to
check but basically its not sleep for the FULL 12 hours but typically 8 and
maybe 4 hours for supper, relaxation, conversation, etc.  The other 12 hours
for travelling, work, etc.  If you really need a reference i can look in th
books.
