I tend to do similar things.  I will allow them to read snippets of certain
things.  Generally skills and interaction will feed them info.  Like if they
buy a map book I'll show them a map same for culture info.  I'll type something
up.  I use the basic aby. failure table, that on the pnp site and sorta my own
from a few other systems in one big chart if i need it.  :)
