Avalon Hill (RIP) and P&P

Hey Larry!  Now that Avalon Hill is DOA, perhaps you can get the P&P or
perilous lands rights from Hasbro.  They are unlikely to do anything with it,
though if they feel like producing and new "lands" set with an even better map
who am I to complain. :)
